Maintain an open line of communication with the\u00a0<span style=\"color:windowtext\">Supervisor to advise and inform.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size:12px\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">Operates office equipment to solve customer problems and complaints.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size:12px\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity to client representatives, company management, life\/safety personnel, or public safety authorities as appropriate for the circumstances and\/or as required by the site.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size:12px\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">Learn and perform multiple mail runs and other mail services-related duties.<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\t\t\n\t\t<p><span style=\"color:#0000CD\"><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT
